Products & ordering

Review the selected colour, quantity, product information, delivery address and total at checkout before placing an order. Product photos illustrate the item; screen settings may affect how colours appear. Orders are subject to availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund payments for unfulfilled items.

Prices & payment

The final order total, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Offers apply only as stated at the time of purchase.

Delivery & returns

See our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages for details. Delivery estimates are estimates unless an agreed delivery date is expressly stated. Contact us before ordering if delivery by a specific date is essential.

Product use

Follow the supplied instructions. The mesh cat tent requires continuous supervision and must not be used as a carrier or secure unattended outdoor enclosure.

Changes
